Who we are
This website is operated by Skin by Dr. Kerri (“we”, “us”), 53 N San Mateo Drive, San Mateo, CA 94401, telephone (650) 889-8005. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site; everything on it can be handled by telephone instead.
What this site is for
The site describes the cosmetic skincare services and the QHHT sessions offered at the studio, publishes prices, and lets you send an inquiry. It is provided for general information. It is not advice about your particular skin or circumstances, and it is not medical, health or psychological advice. Please read the important information page.
Appointments and prices
Prices are published as a guide and are the prices charged at the studio on the date shown in the site's last update. They may change; the price confirmed to you when an appointment is arranged is the one that applies. Nothing on this site takes payment, holds a deposit or forms a booking: an appointment exists only once it has been confirmed to you directly. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else.
Your messages
When you send a message through the contact form you confirm that the details are yours and accurate, and that we may use them to reply to you. How your message is stored is explained in the privacy notice. Please do not send detailed health information through the form.
Content and photographs
The text, design, brand mark and photographs on this site belong to Skin by Dr. Kerri or are used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without written permission, other than for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
Photographs of clients are published only with the written permission of the person pictured, in accordance with California Civil Code §3344. A person pictured may withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us, and the photograph will be removed.
Third-party sites
Links to Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, OpenStreetMap and other sites are provided for convenience. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or always available. If you notice something out of date, please tell us. We may change or remove any part of the site at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects the terms agreed for a service provided at the studio, which are discussed with you in person.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute concerning this website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.
