Your skin is examined closely at every visit. Its condition changes with the season and with your routine, so the treatment is customized to what your skin needs that day rather than taken from a fixed protocol.
Treatment
Dr. Kerri performs every treatment personally and unhurriedly. Where congestion is present, her meticulous extraction and deep pore cleansing technique is a central part of the work.
Home care guidance
You leave with clear guidance for home, informed by Dr. Kerri's knowledge of ingredients and how active formulations behave on the skin, and a referral to a physician if a concern falls outside cosmetic care.

Where are you located?
The studio is at 53 N San Mateo Drive, San Mateo, CA 94401 — in downtown San Mateo, a short walk from the Caltrain station and the B Street shops, with street and garage parking nearby.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. All services are by appointment, and every treatment is performed by Dr. Kerri personally, so the session is unhurried and private. Call or text (650) 889-8005 or send a message.
I have never had a facial before. Where should I start?
Please call or send a message describing your concerns. Every appointment begins with a proper assessment of your skin and a conversation about the products you use at home, and the appropriate treatment is selected from there rather than chosen from a list in advance. The full price list is here.
How often should I book?
Approximately every four to six weeks for most people, which reflects the skin's natural rate of renewal. Some treatments are most effective as a short series, and Dr. Kerri will advise candidly on what is worth repeating and what is not.
What is QHHT, and why is it offered alongside skincare?
QHHT — Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, developed by Dolores Cannon — is a deep relaxation and self-exploration practice, held in person and kept entirely separate from the skincare side of the studio. It is not medical care and not psychotherapy. Read what a session involves.
How much do treatments cost?
