Plasma Fibroblasting — Eyes
Performed around the eyes after a consultation; a handheld device is applied to the skin in a series of small points.
Every plasma fibroblasting appointment begins with a consultation, which is required before the treatment itself can be booked. Dr. Kerri reviews the skin around the eyes, discusses your history and expectations, and explains what the appointment involves and what to expect in the days afterward. Not everyone is a candidate; suitability, including pregnancy, a history of keloid scarring and any active irritation in the area, is discussed at that consultation.
At the appointment, the skin around the eyes is cleansed and prepared. A handheld device is then used on the surface of the skin in a series of small, closely spaced points. Small dots, tenderness and dryness in the area are expected for several days afterward, and sun protection and leaving the area untouched are the two most important parts of the aftercare.
Suitable for
- The skin around the eyes
- Clients who have completed a consultation
- Those able to keep the area out of the sun afterward
Aftercare
Small dots, tenderness, some swelling and dryness around the eyes are expected for several days. Keep the area clean and dry as advised, apply only the aftercare product recommended at your appointment, and do not pick, scratch or rub the dots; let them come away on their own. Leave makeup off the area until it has settled, keep it out of direct sun, and use a broad-spectrum sunscreen once the skin has closed, for the period discussed at your consultation.

About plasma fibroblasting — eyes
What happens at the consultation?
Dr. Kerri examines the skin around the eyes, takes a history, and talks through what the appointment involves, what the skin looks like in the days afterward and the aftercare required. It is also where suitability is discussed. There is no obligation to book the treatment afterward.
What should I expect in the days after the appointment?
The area is tender, and a pattern of small dots with some dryness and swelling is expected for several days. The dots come away on their own and should not be picked or scrubbed. The area should be kept out of direct sun and protected as advised, and makeup should be left off it until it has settled. Full aftercare instructions are given at the appointment.
